The Challenge

We rebuilt the reservation engine from scratch on a real-time event-driven backend, replacing the legacy batch-processing system. Table availability was made live using WebSocket updates so floor managers and customers saw the same state simultaneously. The back-office portal automated confirmation emails, waitlist management, and end-of-day reporting. Mobile-first discovery pages were optimised for SEO and local search across 8 regional markets.
